Welcome!

Thank you for taking interest in the courses I teach this semester.

As your professor, I am looking forward to guide you into the new world of Cloud. By the time you read this, I am expecting that the dark shadow of this deadly virus has lifted away, and our lives are back to as near normal as possible!

Cloud computing was growing very rapidly. However, the appearance of Corona Virus and the resulting lock downs across the World, have increased its usage -according to the stock market analysts- by a factor of perhaps one hundred percent. My personal goal is for you to leave my class with practical skills to be able to further your career in this rewarding field.

So, let us get ready and start the proverbial ball rolling!

I would like to add a note here. This course and other Cloud based courses are differ somewhat from other online courses; in that that you will need to have Cloud account with the vendor, in this case Microsoft Azure Cloud.

You will also need access to a computer -preferably a PC- and Internet access. The Microsoft account for students is free and a link is provided in the Syllabus.

Cheers!
