Although some sectors may have a temporary hold on hiring, there are many employers actively seeking employees for current roles. Many people have been affected by this crisis, losing their jobs or having their hours cut back. If you are worried about losing the income you depend on, this workshop can provide how-to information about filing for unemployment, including the first-ever expansion of benefits to gig workers during the COVID19 crisis. The webinar contains a short list of resources to file for unemployment benefits and find jobs locally.
