The following are links to Orientation information for the specific PE 200/201 course that you signed up for.

Orientations for:

>>PE 200 B,C -Super Circuit (This is the prerequisite to D & E)

>>PE 200 D -Super Cardio

>>PE 200 E -Super Strength

>>Faculty/Staff (same orientation as 200 C) 

>>PE 202 -Interactive Fitness (Online course) (same orientation as 200 C if using the Fitness Center)

>>CCSF Extension FC  (same orientation as 200 C)
