PE 200 Online Orientation Information

Online Orientations will only be accepted beginning: January 10  (for Spring 2024)

The Online Orientation consists of 2 steps:

STEP 1) View or listen to the Orientation via::

-You Tube: Orientation video click here

STEP 2) Complete the Online Orientation Form 

(Please follow the directions carefully, including printing out or screen shot of (and bringing with you) a final Summary Report. This can be either a paper print out, screen shot or picture taken with your phone)

If you are unable to complete any of the steps above -regardless of what the issue may be- you will not receive credit towards an orientation and will not be able to use the Fitness Center.  If this is the case then you will need to complete an In-Person Orientation during the posted dates and times. 

Make sure that you view and understand all other information outlined in the rest of the website.
