Our Goal... is to follow agreed upon guidelines, norms, timelines, meeting dates, and meeting times, to collaboratively work on assigned tasks and complete the final project, a “Positive Behavior Intervention & Supports” resource manual / website that represents both early childhood/elementary and middle/high school settings.

Hadyn Darmanto

I have a background in Computer Engineering and Network Administration. I have been teaching in general ed for 10 years in the areas of Information Technology and Mathematics. I am a huge advocate for collaboration and cooperation. Some of my accomplishment include Technology Integration Leader, Advisor for the National Junior Honor Society, and Project Lead the Way Certified. I am bilingual in English and Mandarin.

Sherril D'Espyne

I am an Education Specialist with a MA in Education and dual credentials from Azusa Pacific University to teach students with Mild to Moderate and Moderate to Severe Disabilities. I am currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration (MAELA) with Preliminary Administrative Services Credential at Brandman University. Over the past 13 years, I have been employed with San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools where I developed my professional teaching experience in curriculum and instructional planning, building collaborative teams, professional development trainings and as a mentor/coach to new teachers.

Phil McCaulley

I graduated from the University of Oregon with a BS in Political Science and with a Minor in both Economics and Business Administration. I hold a Single Subject Credential in both Social Science and Business. I was hired at River Valley High School in Yuba City, CA in 2011. I have been a High School Teacher for 7 years, Football Coach for 10 years, Athletic Director for 6 years, Work Experience Coordinator for 2 years. Some skills that I have are effective communication, decision making, listening, scheduling.

Dorianne Owens-Ramirez

I am currently pursuing a Masters degree in Education Leadership and hold an Intern Administrative Services Credential. This is my first year as a Program Manager for Special Education (SPED) & Health Services at Alisal Union School District (AUSD). At AUSD, I had previously been a SPED Teacher on Special Assignment for 4 years and a Resource Specialist Teacher for 14 years. I am a life long learner; I hold a Clear Multiple-Subject Credential with BLCAD, an Education Specialist Credential Level II, and an Assistive Technology Application Certificate. I have a Masters in Education/Special Education.
