At the Tier 2 level, in order for Tier 2 Teams to make data-based decisions for students identified in this level, a process to gather and review relevant student data is needed. At this level, student data is is used to identify, select and monitor the function-based interventions that are needed to meet the needs of students (MO SW-PBS, 2017).
