Small ensembles is an extracurricular opportunity for student musicians to form a small ensemble (duo, trio, quartet, etc). Each ensemble will meet one time per week afterschool. Ensembles will be given coaching and guidance by the advisor to aid in selecting music, practicing and preparing music and ultimately performing music. There will be performance opportunities at 2 scheduled Small Ensemble concerts in January and May. These groups also do other performances at open mic nights and in the lobby as students enter the building during Music in our Schools Month (March).
