About Mrs. Cummings

Mrs. Cummings works at MPS (mornings) and WYES (afternoons).She is a graduate of Montana State University and Mary Baldwin College with degrees in French and Psychology. She decided to pursue the field of counseling due to her love of working with students so they can reach their fullest potential. She graduated from Alfred University with a Master's degree in School Counseling in May of 2019. She has previously worked as a high school counselor, an in-home crisis counselor, and pre-k camp site director. She lives in Stanardsville with her husband, infant son and two dogs.

About Mrs. Keys

Mrs. Keys provides individual and small group counseling to the students of WYES. She completed the Educational Leadership program at JMU in December 2016, where she earned her administrative certification. Mrs. Keys earned her M.Ed. in School Counseling from James Madison University in 2000. She earned her B.A. in 1998 from JMU, with a major in Psychology and a minor in Spanish. Mrs. Keys has been the School Counselor at WYES since 2007. Prior to that she worked as a Middle School Counselor for 5 years. Mrs. Keys has 2 teenage sons, and is the proud auntie of 8 nieces and nephews. She lives with her family and labrador retrievers in Stanardsville, VA.
