Vote December 12!
Madison Public Schools will ask voters to consider a three-part proposal to invest in our schools’ infrastructure and make facility improvements to continue supporting the high-level of education our community values.
Anyone who is registered to vote can vote in the December 12 bond referendum.
One vote can make the difference, so your participation truly matters!

To participate in the bond referendum, you must be registered with your current address and name. If you mail in your voter registration application, it must be received by November 21.

After you determine that you are registered to vote, mark your calendar to vote on December 12.
Polling locations are:
Grace Episcopal Church Parish Hall, 4 Madison Avenue
Hartley Dodge Memorial Court Room, 50 Kings Road
Madison YMCA Teen Center, 111 Kings Road
Rexford S. Tucker Apartments Community Room, 15 Chateau Thierry Avenue

You can also vote by mail in this referendum. If you have already requested a ballot to be mailed to you, and if your address is the same, Morris County may send you a Vote By Mail ballot automatically several weeks before the actual referendum.

To request a Vote By Mail ballot, download an application here. The county must receive that application by Dec. 5 to mail you a ballot, or must receive it by 3 p.m. Dec. 11 to give you a ballot in person.
When you receive your Vote By Mail ballot, fill it out and either:
mail it in with a postmark by December 12
bring it to one of the drop box locations listed below
or deliver it in person to the County Clerk’s Office by 8 p.m. on election day, December 12.
Mail-in ballots cannot be brought to a polling place.

If you mail in your ballot, it must be postmarked on or before referendum day, December 12.

November 21: Voter registration deadline
December 5: Last day for a Vote By Mail ballot application to be received with the expectation that the ballot will be mailed to you
December 11: Last day to request a mail-in ballot in person at the county office, until 3 p.m.
December 12: In-person voting at designated polling sites/Last day for Vote By Mail ballots to be postmarked for this bond referendum
