Red Tickets
Red Tickets
Red tickets are given for demonstrating STAR expectations as an individual. For example, a student sees a wrapper on the ground and picks it up. They earn a red ticket for being accountable. Red tickets are collected in the classroom. Once the jar is filled, the students earn a fun teacher-determined reward, such as bringing a stuffed animal to school.

Gold Tickets
Gold tickets are given to classrooms that are demonstrating STAR expectations collectively. For example, Mrs. Harrington's class remains seated during lunch. They would receive a gold ticket for being safe. The classroom with the most golden tickets in each grade level gets the trophy for the week

Every Friday, two red tickets are drawn. Those students whose names were drawn get to pick a prize!

Positive Shout Outs! Teachers submit student names for a special shout out from the Assistant Principal. Students may receive a shout out for exemplifying STAR expectations. This year, shout outs will occur during a morning announcements.
