If your school wants to purchase tech items (i.e. headphones, keyboards, webcams):
Start here: Technical Services Purchasing Standards
If the item is there, your secretary may order it from CDW without going through Central Office.
If the item is not on that list, please enter an Incident IQ ticket for a quote.
NOTE: If the tech item is Makerspace-related (i.e. 3D printers, Cricuts, robotics, etc.) reach out to Maegan.
Koss headphones which were purchased by Library Services and provided to libraries have a replacement warranty. Schools are required to pay the shipping expense (we cannot use the Common School Funds for shipping) to return the headphones. Staci Jansen (Doyle tech services admin) will manage the returns for us.
Follow these guidelines for returning headphones.
