Required Forms for Medication Administration at Camp Compass
Prescription medications (including inhalers) require a physician's signature. Please submit this form to your MSCR Site Director once completed. Medication of any kind may not be administered at camp without this completed form.

MMSD Food & Nutrition Breakfast & Lunch Menus
MMSD Food & Nutrition will provide campers with breakfast and lunch. MSCR provides a snack. Campers are invited to bring food with them if they would prefer. The lunch that Camp Compass sites will receive is listed under "Community Sites."
