Greetings and thank you for visiting. I am a writer, teacher and facilitator. After formally retiring from teaching theater history and practice at the college level, I have expanded to writing essays, convening writing/reading groups, and facilitating the Work That Reconnects. My formal education was at Middlebury College and UC-Berkeley.  A long-time practitioner and teacher of yoga, I'm certified in the Viniyoga tradition. I live in St. Paul, Minnesota, where I co-founded the East Side Freedom Library with my partner, Peter Rachleff. "St. Paul, Minnesota" is the settler name for the ancestral, unceded homelands of the Dakota people. The land here, pre-colonization, was oak savanna.
