As part of our requirement in the National Service Training Program (NSTP) - Literacy Training Service 2 (LTS 2), Home based learning activity, We are responsible for conducting the 12-Hours tutoring session. As we finished our tutoring session, we could indeed said that we gained information and strategies from our first experienced in teaching. It went successful and we are relieved that our students are so likely to focus on their particular activities.

Teaching Face to Face can give us a strong sense of duty and experience, which we need to know what areas should we need to prepare for future task as a teacher. We learn as group that as we gathers experience, we share it with one another. It is important since it helps us to boost companionship among each other in which can led to create a better teaching method that can be used in future teaching.

Our student are generally good at what they do. We have a great time together and learn from each other. It helps us to build our faith on ourselves that we can improve in teaching. We learned in general that communication is very important in teaching. it is crucial to maintain peace and order in tutorial session. It is better to become a teacher who are excellent not only because they can fluently teach but it also good to know how to listen carefully and understand the students questions and errors.

We noticed and realized that giving compliments to the student can make them more attentive to what their doing. Simply giving compliments can helps the student feel the enjoyment of every activity they made as a result it help us to boost their self-steam to learn more.
