Introduction

We are college students pursuing a bachelor's degree in education. We are given a task of conducting a 12-hour tutoring session as part of assessment in the NSTP-LTS 2 course subject under the guidance of our facilitator Mr. Elmer Delos Angeles.

To do this, we prepare materials that will help us to facilitate the tutoring session. We also prepare a printed modules, flashcards, visual presentations and so many more for each of the students in the class, and our target age of student range from five (5) to ten (10) years of age. This portfolio shows that as a future educators we are shaped to be responsible students, to be a critical thinkers and problem solvers. We are also encourage to be creative and innovative and most importantly we are given the opportunity to develop our leadership and communication skills. It's vital that we understand how the assignment will prepare us to be future educators and that we take advantage of the community. We can pursue that we are happy with what we received as a result of our community service.

OBJECTIVES

The main goal is to aid in the education of youngster and in our community. The children will be prepared in their educational learning through literacy and numeracy tutoring, with the use of learning materials given by the tutor and tutoring lesson following the Covid-19 health standards. This extend community services will benefit both the child and the parents since we, will fill the obligation to teach and provide fresh learnings and ideas to the child's knowledge.

Group 2 E-Portfolio

Our E-Portfolio's purpose is to document our teaching experience and realization as well as our learning experience to help us to reflect on what we've learn. At the same time this portfolio will also be used to demonstrate how far we've come in our learning.
