The sessions followed the Covid-19 Health Protocols. The sessions are held at the child's home to decrease and prevent the risks of contracting the Covid-19 virus in public places such as proper hand washing wearing face mask and keeping distances.

This proves that the proponents first conducted and obtained permission from the child's respective barangay before starting the tutoring session or extended community service. To avoid any unwanted shocks, its vital to get their permission first especially in the pandemic. The barangay will be analyze and determine whether something is wrong and they will be alerted that tutorial session for the chosen child will be held.

The proponents must obtain permission from the guardian or parent of the tutee before starting tutorial session. The proponent would submit a letter of consent to obtain approval for tutoring session. The letter should include all the information that the proponents will provide all of needs of their tutee, including the duration of the tutoring, the location, all of educational materials that will be used, the topics that will be included in the tutoring.

To decrease the possibility of disease transmission of Covid-19 virus, Safety and Health Protocol must be followed and implemented. Every tutor will be expected to complete the Safety and Health Protocol

The tutor and Tutee must use facemask during the tutorial session. They must always sanitize before and after the session.

It is crucial since if it was not implemented it can cause harm not only to tutor and tutee but also to the community within.
