About Me

Where does my passion come from?

My name is Abby Mullarney. I am a junior at Marin Academy in San Rafael, CA. Raised by the strongest single mother in a household of women, I have always appreciated the strength of women as the core of what I do. I find joy and fulfillment in volunteering at the Postpartum Support Center in Terra Linda, CA, where I distribute maternal and baby supplies to low-income families in the Bay Area. My experience here has allowed me to see and hear the diverse experiences of hundreds of beautiful mothers, which has inspired me to research maternal mental health and ways to improve it as a "thank you" for the hard work of every mother out there.
