The League of Women Voters is a national partner in the No Kings 3 event. Our focus is non-partisan,
supporting issues important to the league such as voting access, women's rights and representative government.

Finn v. Cobb County BOE Redistricting Case Town Hall 🏫
Learn about the 2022 Finn v. Cobb County BOE redistricting case. With legal aid by SPLC, the LWV Marietta-Cobb County and others filed a lawsuit asserting districts created for the Cobb County Board of Education were racial gerrymanders violating the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment of the US Constitution.
