Meet Mrs Iaccino!

Hello! My name is Natalie Iaccino and I am your child's first grade teacher.

I am a true California girl! I grew up in the San Fernando Valley and currently live in Simi Valley with my husband Randy, our 14 year old daughter Madysen, our 12 year old son, Gavin, and our 4 year old Mini Bernedoodle Teddy (basically my third child)! My daughter Madysen is starting high school this year. She is a Freshman at Agoura…Go Chargers!  Madysen is a spunky young lady with a genuinely kind heart. She is a JV Cheerleader and will be  a member of the school Choir. She also LOVES musical theater and will hopefully be participating in the school’s Spring musical. My son, Gavin, is a 7th grader at Lindero Canyon Middle School. He is a typical boy with a mind of his own, an infectious laugh, and is growing into a very handsome young man (I may be a little biased)! Like most boys his age, he LOVES video games. His favorites are anything Mario, Zelda and Roblox. He is a trombone player in the Lindero Canyon Cougar Band.. We’re not sure how he chose that instrument but he loves it! My kids are the lights of my life and being a mom is what brings me true happiness. I am in awe of my children each and every day and I love watching them grow and develop into amazing people.  Trust me when I tell you…time flies!

I consider myself a fairly active person and enjoy spending time on my Peloton, when I’m not driving my kids back and forth to all of their activities of course.  I also love spending time outside whether it’s taking a walk or just sitting in the backyard. Madysen and I are members of the National Charity League which allows us to volunteer in the community regularly. The beach and Disneyland are my “happy places” and I try to get there whenever I can. This is the start of my TWENTY-THIRD year at Round Meadow and my twenty second year teaching first grade. Talk about time flying!

First grade is a magical time in your child’s life. I can attest to that both as a teacher and a parent.  Please know that I am here for your child and for your family.  We’re all in this together! My goal is to build a caring, trusting relationship with each one of my students and to maintain a strong partnership with each of you. I am looking forward to getting to know your family!
