Please utilize these documents to help drive conversations amongst your team members while drafting goals.

February Goal Brainstorming- Priority 3

Strategy 3.1

• Track staff trained for mental health and first aid.

• Keep a list of parent trainings and have parents complete a post survey.

• Purchase and implement an SEL program for the high school.

• Student survey for SEL & CCMR.

• Compare counseling duties year to year.

Strategy 3.2

• Facebook- track posts, likes, hits, shares and comments.

• Training- how many attend, is there more interest?

• Reporting system- statistics

  • Increase/decrease in reporting /decrease in climate of the school

• Email communication - number of times links are viewed , increase or decrease of emails received from parents.

Strategy 3.3 -Possible Strategy Revision ( Illustrate to stakeholders how school funding works, including the role of student attendance, expenditures versus revenues and fund balance).

Strategy 3.4

• Create and input info in Asset tracking form due by the end of the summer.

• AC (VAC) System upgrade (done with money saved on lights)

• Upgrading current buses & looking forward to green energy for future transportation.

• Implementing a bus vehicle replacement schedule.

• Develop a preventative maintenance program for all district assets. (Buildings/Yellow and White vehicles)

Strategy 3.5

• Create a community advisory committee (add survey to district website). Measure how many people respond to the survey each year. Track the number of meetings

• Create infrastructure improvement plan to facilitate growing technology in teaching areas. (Yearly update on technology roll-out)

• Develop a plan for identifying future growth without losing community heritage.
