Strategy 1.1 -

• Accountability for professional development hours

• Accountability for application of professional learning- application.

• Allow choice for staff related to professional development- choice boards

• Track social emotional support for students.

• District platform to house professional learning.

• Training on new technology integrated into the district. (need for LMS to merge with our grading program)

• Show and tell PD to learn from one another.

• Recognition of effort and growth.

• Intervention Plan PD

• Measure PD success incrementally (Oct, Feb, April) PD checks , reflection

• % of teacher completing / meeting requirement (minimum expected versus actual)

• Student success measured by grades, scores, survey.

• Data analysis from previous year to drive change for current year PD.

• Advisory time- Set appointments with teachers to checking in/support.

Strategy 1.2 -

• CCMR Readiness - % to increase each year until reaching 100%

• Reading/Early Literacy - Grade 3 STAAR

• Math/Early Numeracy - Grade 3 STAAR (K-2 Benchmarks)

• 3-8 STAAR- growth at each grade level with STAAR data

• Graduation rates

• Involvement in extracurricular/academics/partnerships/community (participation)

• Reward/growth goals.

• Independent Class/student growth

• Align district curriculum both vertically and horizontally.

• Increase communications between all stakeholders for holistic and individual growth.

• Implement grade level growth goals to be implemented by each teacher for each student.

• Develop partnerships for students to engage w/community business leaders integrated into the curriculum .
