My Philosophy:My ultimate goal is to always make sure my students come to school feeling welcomed, safe, respected and happy. I know that children learn in many different ways and at different paces, so I strive to provide them with various tools they will need to succeed within their own individual learning styles. It is my goal to ensure they reach their fullest potential. It is important to me that I get to know each of my students so I can teach in a way to fit all needs both socially/emotionally and academically. I believe every child has a strength(s) regardless of what they succeed in or struggle with. I believe in holding students accountable for their learning and taking pride in their work. Their education is a team effort. Consistent communication between the teacher, student and parent/guardian is key to their success. Above all, I know how important your child is to you and I will always keep their best interest at heart.
