Any student wishing to obtain a certificate or an associate degree must first apply for regular admission status.

If you are a first-time student or if you did not attend LCC the prior semester, you will need to complete an Admission Application. 

You can either click on the title to fill out the online application or your can click on the image and print the application. 

Admission classification can be changed by fulfilling the requirements for regular admission and by completing a Program Declaration/Change of Major Form. This form must be filled out and submitted to the Admission Department.
