Generally, Lumiere32 ships the items within the estimated delivery time as mentioned with every product (“referred to as Guaranteed Delivery Date”).
Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
Estimated delivery time is dependent on the product's availability and could vary from each seller offering the product.
'In Stock'
Items which are in "In Stock" will be delivered in time as mentioned with every product (“referred to as Guaranteed Delivery Date”).
Sometimes, items have to be imported by Lumiere32 from outside of Singapore. These items can take at least 3-4 weeks or more to be delivered to you.
'Out of Stock'
Currently, the item is not available for sale.
Currently, we provide Standard delivery which has dynamic charges based on the zip code, city, and state selected and the weight of products in the cart.

There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on Lumiere32. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive of taxes. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.
Once your order has been processed, we cannot accept changes to the shipment and address.
As per our policy, we do not ship products other to any address other than the business address. The shipping address has to be your clinical business address ONLY.
If your medical/dental clinic building has a front office, doorman, mail room, or receptionist, your package may get delivered to them to be signed for, per the local rules of your building.
In such cases it may be considered “delivered” per the carrier’s rules, so we encourage you to sign up for real-time updates on your shipment.
In order to fulfil orders for our international customers, Lumiere32 now delivers items Internationally depending upon the regulatory requirement of the product in your country.
