What is the minimum value to enjoy the Cashback? What is the maximum Cashback I can earn in a week?

The minimum order value to enjoy cashback on weekdays i.e. from Monday to Thursday is RM399. The max cashback that can be earned in a week is more than RM 150 .

How can I use the earned cashback?

Add all the items to your cart & checkout. On the payment page, select the option of payment as Pay32 Pre-Paid/Top-up Wallet. Voila! You made a payment using your earned cashback.

I have placed an order but I haven't received the cashback. Why?

Once you have placed an order, you will be able to see the cashback value you are eligible for but the value will be credited to your Pay32 Wallet once the order is delivered & the payment is settled.

Can I club the Coupon & the Cashback together?

Yes, you can club the coupon & cashback together, all you have to do is on the checkout page enter the coupon code and apply the coupon. You’ll be able to see the saved value on the order for both coupons & cashback offers below the order value.
