LOOK, LISTEN and LEARN
Students please complete each step in today's lesson by clicking on each link. The student objective is to review the skill and fitness videos, participate in 12 Field Day Events, and to record scores in the Physical Activity Field Day Log. Start with reflection for today.
REFLECTION: Please watch - HYDRATE - any issues, download the videos.
Step 1: Review the skill and fitness challenge video for each Field Day Event with your family.
Step 2: Click on the 2 MINUTE COUNTDOWN CLOCK when you are ready to perform each challenge.
Step 3: Record each score on a sheet of paper, and at the end of Field Day transfer all your scores to the Physical Activity Log for class credit.
Step 4: FAMILY PROJECT OPTION-parent or guardian can email a video of your performance in one or more events to the health and physical education teachers.

BONUS EVENTS
Create your own 2 minute challenges (i.e. sport drills, cardio workouts, or creative "Minute to Win It" games).
Gold Medal: Completed 9-12 or more events
Silver Medal: Completed 5-8 events
Bronze Medal: Completed 4 events
