Refresh your memory of the My Plate goals (covered recently in class) by looking at this website - https://www.choosemyplate.gov/start-simple-myplate

Set a timer and navigate the site for about 10 minutes. You should be looking for examples of fruits, vegetables, grains, protein and dairy products.

Next, watch the following video and take the quiz. It should take about 10 minutes.

Now - write down everything you ate for breakfast, lunch and dinner tonight on a piece of paper. This should take you about 5 minutes.

In the evening, or the next morning, please fill out the following Google Form. This should take you about 10 minutes each day.

Here is the form - https://forms.gle/e9UXj9BAP8vQuMQw7 - take a look at it now, but don't fill it out until after you eat all three meals today.

We are looking for entries on Thursday and Friday of this week.
