Every other week you can check here for the "ASK ME" sheet! This is a wonderful way to get a sneak peek as to what we are up to in Music class. Some weeks they will sing you a song, other times you may learn a dance from them. Please ask and have fun!
You will find them below to look back on throughout the year!
Sing a move to "Little Red Caboose"
"Little red caboose,
little red caboose.
Little red caboose behind the train, toot toot!
Smokestack on it's back, coming down the track,
little red caboose behind the train, toot toot!"
Students learned about Hanukkah and how the candles on the Menorah are lit each night!

Using their hands:
"Five little mice on the pantry floor,
This little mouse peeked behind the door,
this little mouse nibbled on some cake,
this little mouse not a sound did make.
This little mouse took a bit of cheese,
and this little mouse heard the kitten sneeze. Achoo!
Sneezed the kitten and "squeak" they all cried, as they found a hole and ran inside!
Sing the shape of the line on "Oooo", then make your own!
*Use your finger to help you follow*
"Mr. Turkey took a walk one day in the very best of weather.
Mr. Duck came around and they both talked together.
Gobble, gobble, gobble!
Quack, quack, quack!
Goodbye, goodbye, and they both walked back."
"Two little blackbirds sitting on a hill,
one named Jack, and one named Jill.
Fly away Jack! Fly away Jill!
Come back Jack, and come back Jill!"

Sing and move!
"Head and shoulders baby, 1 2 3
Head and shoulders baby, 1 2 3, head and shoulders, head and shoulders, head and shoulders baby 1 2 3.
Knees and ankles baby 1 2 3...
'Round the world baby 1 2 3...
Head and shoulders, knees and ankles, 'round the world baby 1 2 3"

We have a constant "Wish List" on Amazon that would help us with our curriculum needs. As the lessons are always evolving, I find myself needing replacement instruments and new literature to share with the students. Here is the link and QR code to check out if you are interested!
