Rodney Gurley, Director of Bands

Mr. Gurley is in his 19th year of teaching and his second at MHS, after leading the band programs at Idalou High School, Crosbyton High School, and Shallowater Middle School. Mr. Gurley holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Music Education from Texas Tech University.

Katelyn Losos, Assistant Band Director

Ms. Losos is in her 2nd year of teaching and her second at MHS. Ms. Losos holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Music Education from Texas Tech University.

Abbey Sobieski, Assistant Band Director and Percussion Coordinator for the Monterey Feeder Pattern

Ms. Sobieski is in her 2nd year of teaching and her second at MHS. Ms. Sobieski holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from the University of North Texas.

Tiffani Finkbone, Colorguard instructor

Ms. Finkbone is a 2015 graduate of Monterey High School. Ms. Finkbone is a student at Texas Tech University, where she was a member and Captain of the Goin' Band From Raiderland Colorguard under the instruction of Amanda Knight.
