Please see the instructions below on how to schedule an appointment with your alpha counselor. If questions can be answered via email, that is where we ask you to start. EMERGENCY - Ask for a pass from your teacher.

NON-EMERGENCY - Request an appointment by scanning the QR code (which will be posted in every classroom) or visiting bit.ly/LubbockHScounselors. Find the email for your alpha counselor by scrolling down the page. Non-emergencies include questions about schedules, grades, college applications, letters of rec. scholarships, etc…

PARENTS/GUARDIANS

We are happy to help you, as well. In order to maintain safe social distancing protocols, we ask that you schedule an appointment to meet with your alpha counselor virtually or via phone call. Lubbock ISD is strongly discouraging anyone in the buildings other than students and faculty. No one will be seen without an appointment, so please call or email us.
