Sinfonietta x Alumni Concert Tickets Available Here!
The following fees are assessed each year. All fees (not funds for Performance Festivals) will be due by the last Friday of August. Fees may be paid with cash or card (Revtrak payments may be made here). Checks are no longer accepted as a form of payment.
Orchestra Supplies Fee: $20.00 - ALL ORCHESTRA STUDENTS are required to pay the orchestra supplies fee. These funds guarantee each student a t-shirt and allow the director to provide resources such as rosin, new strings, and methods books to each student, along with other necessary classroom resources.
Instrument Rental Fee: $35.00 - ONLY STUDENTS ASSIGNED A SCHOOL INSTRUMENT are required to pay the instrument rental fee.
All financial accounts are administered and tracked through Cut Time. Each student will have an account online that will provided detailed information on all finances, instrument and uniform assignments, and other program information. To access, you may click the linked text above or go to app.gocuttime.com. Once an account has been set-up for students, they will have access beyond this page that will provide the necessary detailed information.
All out-of-town orchestra festival trips are funded completely by members of the orchestra through either private sources (ex.: jobs, parents, Great Aunt Judy) or through student fundraising projects sponsored by the orchestra. Fundraising is not required, but highly recommended. Individual student accounts for the festival trips are set up and administered through the orchestra activities account. Specific payment schedules will be set up for spring trips. Students are subject to being dropped from the trip without a refund if published payment schedules are not met. This is because the orchestra is kept to a strict payment schedule as well. You may check your individual account balance at any time by logging into your Charms account. This is where all records of fundraising deposits are kept. FUNDS RAISED THROUGH A FUNDRAISER ARE NOT ABLE TO BE APPLIED TOWARD MATERIALS FEES OR INSTRUMENT RENTAL FEES, ONLY TRIP ACCOUNTS.
Individual account Guidelines:
Specified profits gained from individual fundraising projects are placed into individual school accounts in the student’s name.
A student’s individual account is Non-Transferable if a student transfers to another school or district.
Individual accounts carry over from year to year as long as a student re-enrolls in orchestra in consecutive years. (e.g., fundraising in advance for an expensive out-of-state trip to be held the following year). Transferring these funds from orchestra to any other music program account may only be done at the sole discretion of the director.
If an orchestra student drops from the orchestra program, moves, or is removed from the orchestra program, all funds in the individual account reverts to the school since the money was earned in the name of the school and the orchestra.
Fundraising for another student is allowable, but only after your trip balance has been met.
All FEES may be paid with cash or credit card. For credit card payments, please be sure that you select the correct fee before submitting payment.
