At LIS, the goal of our Enrichment and Gifted Education programming is to foster self-discovery by providing opportunities for students to explore their academic and creative talents within and beyond the classroom. All students are exposed to 21st century skills in order to develop critical thinking skills and to continue as lifelong learners. Additionally, we offer a wide variety of opportunities both in and out of the classroom to support their growth: 

Whole class enrichment lessons for all students taught by the Enrichment & Gifted Education Specialists, 6th grade math acceleration, differentiated classroom instruction, cluster grouping, small group opportunities, and independent/group study.
