Nearpod is an interactive classroom tool to engage students by adding interactive activities to your lessons like polls, collaboration boards, and game-based quizzes. Students can interact and submit responses through any mobile device or laptop. Teachers, Counselors, Deans, and any Staff Member can make a slides-based lessons interactive that helps to gather data on student understanding by adding formative assessments, simulations, and dynamic media all in one place.
Another feature of Near Pod is the thousands of ready-to-teach, customizable, standards-aligned lessons from other teachers as well as some educational brands.
Similar to PearDeck, they each offer their own unique tools that help to enhance any slides based presentation.Â
