Behavior Support Team

The Behavior Support Team is a group of Mason staff including:  the administrator, the behavior interventionist, myself, and teachers who meet monthly to discuss the general emotional, behavioral, and social needs of students.  Sometimes this team develops strategies or supports that a teacher may use in the classroom, or the team recommends other support staff members (such as the Interventionist or School Counselor) help students learn and practice new skills in order to be successful in the classroom. When individual students are impacted, parents are valued members of this team.
