Our programs have a range of conditon for the customers to follow and agree to, these are found on the customer portal that they must agree to when starting a account or are also on display at the pool, some key points are:

Customers enrol via the customer portal and agree to our direct debit conditions
The program runs with the school terms
Customers are charged at the start of each month - public or school holidays are not charged
Customers will get a makeup token if they notify absence 30 minutes prior to their lesson. Once the class attendance has been submitted the make token will be automatically allocated.
Customers must drop themselves from the program prior to the end of the month
Payments are non-refundable
Levels transfer requests must be submitted via the customer portal after the customer is notified that their child is progressioing.
The 2nd last week of term is skill assessments and the last week is water safety week.

Instructors are to wear an eyeline instructor pink/blue or green/blue top so they are clearly identified as an instructor.

A limited number of wetsuits and Toastees are also available to help stay warm and are to be worn under these instructor tops. These are communal and belong in the top draw, when dry, in the staff storeroom located off the foyer.

After use, please rise and hang on the clothesline located in the back storeroom area to dry. The items need to be stored away once dried.

This area is kept organised and clean.
Return used equipment to its correct storing location - if you borrow it ... return it!
Equipment needs to be cleaned at the end of each term.
Report any broken or damaged equipment to the Co-ordinator or Duty Manager.
Please don't be rough with the swim benches. These are to be placed in and removed carefully as they are easily breakable and are expensive. Two staff are required to remove benches from the pool.

Ensure the Learn to Swim Sign is out.
You need to arrive 10 mintues prior to your start time to organise your equipment and lane space.
Add more lane ropes or setup noodle ropes to ensure you have a isolated area.
Learn to Swim level sign must be on display on pool deck.

NEVER TEACH STANDING DIVING INTO WATER 1.5m OR BELOW
DON'T LEAVE MATS LYING ON THE GROUND - THEY ARE SLIPPERY WHEN WET
USE THE ASSISTANCE BUTTON IF YOU NEED ANYTHING - DO NOT LEAVE CHILDREN IN THE POOL UNATTENDED FOR ANY REASON!
ALSO USE THE ASSISTANCE BUTTON FOR REMOVING PLATFORMS FROM THE POOL - THIS IS A 2 PERSON JOB
KEEP THE STORE AREA CLEAR AND TIDY ENSURING NO EQUIPMENT IS BLOCKING THE EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR
IF USING THE LARGE MATS FOR JUMP INS, THAT YOU ARE STANDING ON THE SIDE THE CHILDREN ENTER THE MAT FROM.
