The series, described as a "medical drama with detective elements", revolves around the character of Dr. John Watson from Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes stories, with Morris Chestnut portraying the character. One year after Sherlock Holmes's apparent death at the hands of his archenemy Moriarty at Reichenbach Falls, Dr. John Watson resumes his medical practice by opening the "Holmes Clinic" in Pittsburgh to treat patients with strange and unidentifiable issues. Soon however, Watson must face his past when evidence surfaces indicating that Moriarty is still alive. Click this link to watch the trailer for this series.
I am an admirer of Sherlock Holmes novels, I just LOVE this adaptation of the story of Sherlock Holmes and Watson. I also get to watch Morris Chestnut as a brilliant doctor, which doesn't hurt either.😉
I am Learning More About...
UDL is based on principles that empower everyone to have agency over their own learning. It allows educators and learners to set clear goals, anticipate environmental barriers, create meaningful options, and fully embrace human variability.
Social and emotional learning (SEL) is an integral part of education and human development. SEL is the process through which all young people and adults acquire and apply the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to develop healthy identities, manage emotions and achieve personal and collective goals, feel and show empathy for others, establish and maintain supportive relationships, and make responsible and caring decisions.
A "Meeting to Movement Model" for Equity Teams.
Every culture shift begins with a rhythm.
The Reflect → Plan → Act framework is the heartbeat of the Meeting to Movement model — a structured, repeatable process that helps teams turn intention into implementation, and conversation into culture change.
Each stage—Reflect, Plan, and Act—is distinct yet interconnected. Together, they form a cycle of continuous learning, accountability, and growth. When used consistently, this rhythm transforms meetings into movements and teams into catalysts for change.
Quotes I am Inspired by...
“Multiculturalism compels educators to recognize the narrow boundaries that have shaped the way knowledge is shared in the classroom. It forces us all to recognize our complicity in accepting and perpetuating biases of any kind.”
