Dog Dads, this is for you! Raffle off t-shirts, koozies, etc., in honor of Father’s Day. To score your Dog Dad merch, have residents post a photo with their pup and use the hashtag #PROPERTYPETHASHTAG

Bone Bar

Its like a mimosa bar, but for your pups! Set out an array of different doggie treats and invite all your furry friends to attend and get their snack on.

Earn extra brownie points if you are able to partner with a Club Lincoln provider for free treats or prizes! You can even partner with a local shelter to have pets there that are adoptable & waive pet fees that weekend only.

Love Locks

Create pet love locks at your community! It's simple, have your residents send you pictures of their pets & create a love lock just for them to keep.

If you can find a place at your community to lock these love locks for display, that would be even cooler!

Wall Of Paws

Ask your residents to email you a photo of their pet and have them printed. Celebrate all your furry friends by showcasing them in your Pet Spa, Dog Run, or other pet spaces. Who doesn't love seeing a photo of their pet, especially if it means others can talk about how cute they are too?!

Pups & Prosecco

Partner with a local shelter for an adoption event - they bring the pups, we supply the bubbles!

*Bonus* waive any new pet fees if they adopt that weekend - RPM approval required.

Brew Dog

Sample local brewery beers at your pet park & provide beer mug shaped treats to the pups.

Puppy Play Date

Host a furry friend meet up at your pet park for residents to let their pets make some friends too.
