Watercolor

Course description

In this class, students will learn a variety of Watercolor painting techniques and practice realistic, abstract, and non-objective painting styles.

In addition to creating artwork, students will also learn about several different professional artists and discover different ways to talk about their artwork and the work of their peers.

In order to encourage students to become global citizens, course content is based on the Colorado Academic Standards of: visual observation and comprehension, reflection through oral and written critique, art creation through invention and discovery, and also visually relating and connecting through transfer.

Materials fee: $20 - This is paid through infinite campus, if you have questions or concerns please see Ms. Cruz in the bookkeeping window.
