REAL ESTATE
Prepares students to sit for the national and state real estate broker exams.
*Upon successful completion of Real Estate 1 and 2, students earn the opportunity to sit for the National Broker Exam and the Colorado Broker Exam. A successful score on both exams is required to apply for a broker's license.
*Students must be 18 in order to sit for the broker exams. Due to this age requirement, the real estate classes are recommended for students in grade 12.
