How will I know what is happening at school?

Communication between parents, students, and teachers is vital to a successful school year. There are several avenues of communication for our classroom.

1. Daily Take Home folder: Your child will bring home a folder every day. It will contain

completed work, your child's Behavior log, and occasional information about

classroom happenings.

Please empty the folder, review the contents, and return it the next day in your child's backpack.

2. First Grade Behavior Report: Your child will bring home a monthly log for reporting his/her

behavior/effort in school. They will color where they ended the day on our

behavior chart. Please initial in the day's box and return daily.

3. Newsletter: Updates will be posted right here under the tab Newsletter.

These updates will keep you informed on what we are studying in class, along with any

special events!
