Global Griffins Eduventures is an educational travel program that allows sixth through eighth graders a chance to travel and learn during their time at Littleton Prep Charter School. We work with EF Tours to provide our students with consistent, safe travel opportunities to various locations around the world.
Students with Specific Needs
We would like our program to be accessible to all students, including those with specific health, behavioral, or mental health needs. Our goal is to ensure that every participant has a safe, enriching, and enjoyable experience during our trips.
If your child has any specific needs, including but not limited to:
Physical health conditions
Dietary restrictions or allergies
Behavioral considerations
Mental health concerns
Medication requirements
We request that you reach out to us as soon as possible. We need to have a discussion about:
You possibly traveling with your child
The nature of your child's specific needs
Potential implications for travel and participation in activities
Accommodations or modifications that might be necessary
This conversation will help us determine if any additional support or arrangements are needed and allow us to assess whether this trip is suitable for your child at this time. Please note that sharing this information will not automatically disqualify your child from participating. Instead, it will enable us to make informed decisions and proper preparations to support your child's participation if possible.
To schedule a confidential discussion, please contact me at kstachura@lps.k12.co.us. The earlier we can have this conversation, the better we can plan and prepare.
why ef tours?
"From the very first time to the hundredth, travel has a way of always teaching us something new. Why travel with EF, you ask? Read on for inspiring stories, new perspectives, and the never-ending impact of travel".
"When students travel on EF tours, they expand their knowledge of the world around them, discover more about themselves, grow more confident and independent, and understand new people, places, and cultures. And when educators lead these tours, they grow in countless ways, bringing back a new perspective to their own classroom".
