Heritage is dedicated to providing support to new faculty members through our Induction Program, which is available to educators during their first three years in our district.
What are the Program Goals?
To foster a collaborative learning community
To promote Heritage culture
To support best practices
To continue supporting faculty throughout their years
To provide peer observation and networking opportunities
