What to expect in the art room this year...
Things will look a little different this year...well maybe a lot different, but we will get through it together! My goal is to provide a safe environment for your child while they are in art.
I have changed the set up of my room to help with social distancing guidelines, students will be three feet apart from each other while in the art room. Students will be required to wear a mask, I will also be wearing a mask. I will have access to hand sanitizer and a sink for hand washing. In between classes I will be disinfecting all tables as well as high touch surfaces.
I have added to the school supply list so that students will have their own art materials that will not be shared. Any art materials that require sharing (paintbrushes, tempera paint, etc.) will not be touched by multiple students while in the art room and will be disinfected before another group uses them.
