Arapahoe Cross Country
Letter Requirements

To be awarded a letter, an athlete must fulfill one (1) of the following:

1. Score as one of the top 5 varsity finishing positions during a meet (does not apply to scrimmages)

2. Run varsity for 3 meets with in one season (can be any year; does not apply to scrimmages)

3. Participate in cross country for 4 years. Participation is defined as having satisfactory practice attendance and being present or competing in:

• 3 of 5 regular season meets in a season with 5 meets, or

• 4 of 6 regular season meets in a season with 6 meets, or

• 5 of 7 regular season meets in a season with 7 meets, or

• 6 of 8 regular season meets in a season with 8 meets.

(does not apply to scrimmages; satisfactory practice attendance is based solely upon the discretion of the head coach)
