Mrs. Cary

Hey, Ford Foxes!  My name is Amanda Cary and I am thrilled to be continuing my journey at Ford Elementary!  This is my 13th year of teaching and I have taught 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade.  I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a bachelor’s in elementary education and an emphasis in earth science.  

While attending UNC I met my husband, Derek, and we got married in 2014.  In February 2023, we welcomed our daughter Vivian into our family.  I love spending time with her and watching her personality develop.  Our family enjoys spending our free time trying new restaurants, taking long walks, working on house projects, and spending time with our loved ones.
