The following is our policy for signing up for Speech and Debate Tournaments. The purpose is to make sure students and parents are aware of upcoming tournaments. We want students to sign up for as many tournaments as possible. We ask that parents and students discuss in order to commit to the tournaments by the Add/Drop Date.
Process:
Please look at the Speech and Debate calendar on the main page to check for add/drop deadlines. This will also be sent home on the Sunday night emails.
Fill out the Google Form below. Only sign up for an individual tournament for each submission.
Go to the Formstack Link and make the initial deposit.
Initial Deposits
One Day WBFL Tournaments: $50
Weekend Tournaments: $150
Travel Tournaments (without airplane travel): $300
Airplane Travel Tournaments: $450 first deposit and then a possible second charge after the tournament. This will be communicated by the Head Coach after the tournament. The charge will not be higher than $750.
***All members of the team are expected to travel with the team. If there are extenuating circumstances, students/parents can request alternate travel plans before, not after due to planning, the add/drop deadline with Mr. Zucker at jzucker@loyolahs.edu
