One backpack
3 poly (plastic) folders (1 yellow, 1 blue, and 1 red) with PRONGS AND POCKETS. Paper folders rip easily and will not last the whole year! To see an example, click here.
1 desk sack- available for purchase at Open House for $10 (cash). Our desks do not have storage attached to them, so your child needs this to store materials. You may also purchase one from Amazon or Etsy, but they tend to be too big, more expensive, and usually do not last the whole year.
2 boxes of 24 CRAYOLA crayons
1 box of 12 Twistable colored PENCILS (Do NOT get Twistable crayons! We write with these. The crayons will NOT work.)
6 pink rectangular erasers
1 pair of student scissors
24 yellow wooden #2 pencils, pre-sharpened (no mechanical, decorative, or plastic wrapped pencils) *Please do NOT send in a handheld pencil sharpener!
4 glue sticks
1 plastic pencil box (5" X 8") (This is the only size that will fit all of your child's supplies!)
Over the head headphones (to be left at school - NO earbuds)
1 box of facial tissues (We go through these quickly! Extras would be appreciated!)
Disinfecting wipes
2 BLACK dry erase markers (Other colors stain the whiteboards and will not be used. Please send in black dry eraser markers ONLY!)
2 wide-ruled composition notebooks
*Students will also need a labeled reusable water bottle to carry back and forth to school each day. Please make sure it will not spill if it tips over!
