Our schoolwide model consists of instituting a holistic and comprehensive system where the entire learning community is intentionally developing the emotional intelligence and core life skills needed to thrive. 

Our model includes:

• Professional development for teachers so that they use the pillars in their everyday interactions with students.

• Parent workshops so the learning continues at home.

• Working with the leadership to transform their Discipline plan from a fear-based system (suspensions), to a Love-based model (teaching values and restoring relationships).

• Curriculum differentiated by grade level.
