Plaid Room Records
Here are a few examples below of other places our students work and the level of skills they can work up to:
Students work as interns and are paid sub minimum wage for their work throughout the Loveland City School District. Here, they are continually monitored by job coaches but able to work on their own through natural supports. They continue to work on gaining work experience, and work on soft skills.
Recently, we have had students able to seek paid employment, paying minimum wage or better to help out at their establishments. Students are able to be trained by a job coach or other natural support. The job coach will spot check their progress and check in with the supervisor.
