Games, Games, Games

One of the favorite activities of students in Best Buddies is playing games together.

Students in Room 18 value learning academically, behaviorally, emotionally, and socially. Every child has differing talents and needs; sometimes, all it takes to spark a child's interest is exposure or right motivation. Games are a great way to provide this learning in a natural setting. Best Buddies also promotes awareness, acceptance and inclusion of students with disabilities through the shared love of playing games.

Skill Building

Students learn turn taking skills, practice fine motor skills and think of strategies all while having fun with schoolmates.

Teamwork

Students with and without disabilities learn how to work together and support each other win or lose.
